For your convenience, I provide exclusively online therapy with HIPAA compliant and military grade technology. I am able to provide mental health services to Washington State residents. 

Here's how it works: After you contact me, we talk on the phone to get a sense of what you're looking for and   decide if we're a good fit for each other. If it feels right, we schedule our first appointment.

I will send you some necessary forms through a HIPAA compliant program, you will need to complete and submit this paperwork before our first appointment.  On the day of our appointment, you will receive an email with a link to our online session.  The  video platform I use is safe, confidential, and user friendly.

Studies show that online counseling is as effective, if not better, than in person services.  It is actually less anxiety provoking for many people because it is in your own space.

The perks? No driving, worrying about parking, and you can save on gas and mileage.  No going through the tough job of getting you and the baby ready to go!  How I remember those days! So get on comfy clothes and grab a cup of tea and let's work together!
